Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Remote/Outstation Areas: Delivery may take 7–10 business days.

  • We currently ship only within India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below this amount, displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling charge.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. Astro Aura India will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
